Yuuichi Jin is an S-Class member and also a member of Tamakoma Branch, he is one of the strongest members in the Border. He also has a black trigger named Fuujin. Jin's Side Effect is Foresight making him predict future events, his mentor Soichi Mogami lost his life making Jin's Fujin.

With the help of engineers Jin was able to create a new type of trigger "Scorpion" which now many agents use.

Jin is demoted to A-Class after he offers his black trigger in exchange for Yūma's safety and guaranteed enlistment
