広瀬啓祐

Keisuke was Shouya Ishida's friend in elementary school. Although he did bully Shouko Nishimiya, he wasn't a huge participant and usually seemed uncomfortable picking on her. However, he was more than happy bullying Shouya later on.

Keisuke stayed close with Kazuki after graduation and along with him brings Shouya from the river after he falls down after saving Shouko.
