伊里達遊太

Resident of room 103 in Korai House, who becomes a ghost through a mysterious out of body experience. He tries to keep a cool facade, but he has a strong sense of justice, compassion, and naivete. When he sees a girl's underwear, he gets a strong nosebleed and loses consciousness.

In episode 6, it is revealed that Yuuta is biologically female. His registered legal name is Yuu Iridatsu (伊里達 遊).

Yuuta, originally Pine, had a body-switching accident, which resulted in Yūta's soul taking over Chiyoko's body. Consequently, Yuuta has a male soul but a female body. In spite of this, Yuuta considers himself male.
