Kobayashi's co-worker who is initially believed by Tohru to be a rival for Kobayashi's affections, but is really just an otaku who likes to talk about maids with her. Kobayashi helps him set up during Comiket every year.

Fafnir eventually decides to live with him to stay in the human world.
