Tanigaki is a Japanese man from Akita, around the age of Sugimoto and the Nikaidou twins, with a muscular body and body hair. He has dark brown eyes, short, black hair, a thin beard along his jawline, and thick eyebrows. Since his and Nihei Tetsuzou's fight against Sugimoto's group, he has a little scar on his right cheek from a wound caused by Sugimoto's knife.
