Hayato is a 6th grader from Saitama Prefecture who is employed by the Omiya Branch of the Shinkansen Evolution Laboratory. He loves Shinkansen more than anything else and dreams of becoming a shinkansen driver. He has a strong sense of responsibility and believes that no one who likes shinkansen can be a bad person.
