吉徳桐子

Kiriko is a student at Asakusa Girls High School, and is the first to officially join Rin Namiki's Jet Racing club with the promise that she would be able to work on the Orcano as much as she wanted.

Working on jetskis was her hobby, and she would often secretly work on the Orcano even though when the school did not currently have a Jet Racing Club.
