レオナルド・エル・ヴァンディミオン

Scarlett's older brother as well as Julius' attendant and best friend. He worries about his sister's well-being and psychological state, often wishing she would act (and live) like a normal woman at her age, and would often have stomach pains and shriek towards the heavens whenever he hears of his sister's vigilante antics. He's also a founder of the Crown Investigatory Office, albeit reluctantly, since he only wants to keep a close eye on his sister.
