King Annex is the ruler of planet Zaboom. He seeks to become the master of the universe, and invades Lodario, the home planet of Romina. He is the arch villain in the series, and possesses a large fleet of spaceships and robots.[/spoiler] Joe eventually kills him with a time bomb explosion.
