He died, hit by a car driven by his father. His head was literally crushed. His mother, refusing his death, replaced his head with a pumpkin from the garden and continues to take care of him, claiming he is still alive. Concerned about appearances, his father pretends that nothing has happened.

[Spoiler]In Ending 2 of Agatha's Agony, his name is revealed to be Jack. His parents overcome their delusions and give him a proper funeral.[/spoiler]
