A middle-aged man who works as a bartender in Masumi. He also works as a detective on the side, and is obsessed with the "hard-boiled" aspect. He settled down in Masumi before anyone realized, his true identity is unclear, and his shadiness is off the charts. However, he's a wandering bartender who always gets the job done.
