The earthbound spirits are more of a concept—technically, even ghosts are called Ludens in this world. So she's essentially a spirit who was given flesh and made to resemble Lily. Due to lingering memories, she knows about Yurisa. She also knows about Shiina through Yurisa, so she doesn't seem too confused. However, her brain has been tampered with to increase feelings of love and violence, making her emotionally unstable. She's frequently angry at others and even at herself.
She is under ARATA's control and seems like a rather dangerous opponent.
