The chairwoman and founder of Iris Corporation, a company that develops and publishes games. She is a Luden. Together with the current CEO, Werner Glock, she gathered the former staff of Enigma Corporation to form Iris Corporation. It seems she's created other things, too, but it's unclear how much she actually remembers about them...
Her ideal life is to simply make games filled with dreams and hope. End to Odyssey, the sequel to World's Odyssey, is shaping up to have quite the dark and intense story under Shiina's direction, which pains Iris. Poor thing...
For some reason, she treats the newly hired Sayaka rather coldly. There's a very serious reason for that, but it's too much for Sayaka, so we won't explain it here...
