Growing up, Momoe was fascinated with the fictional exploits of superheroes and their unshakeable sense of responsibility towards the common man. Upon viewing a particularly exciting Super Sentai Rangers special, this fascination became reality. She soon appeared at her high school under the guise of her new alter ego, "The Soaring Lass," dressed in a handmade spandex costume and ready to make a difference.
After receiving a delightful and kindhearted reaction from her peers, Momoe redirected her altruistic fervor towards her neighbors. Though her work primarily consisted of odd jobs and domestic chores, her greatest success was in single-handedly stopping a bar fight through kind words and power-up quotes alone, proof of her compassionate approach to heroism.
Momoe's parents have chosen to eagerly support her decision to attend Bitokukawa Academy as the Ultimate Local Hero, seeing this as an opportunity for their daughter to share her eccentric gallantry with like-minded people from all over the world.
