Pestilence

As the oldest of the Four Horsewomen, Pestilence often takes care of the people around her, despite appearing sickly and suffering from a perpetual cough. With a soft spot for animals and curiosity about the world, she wears a mask to avoid spreading sickness wherever she goes. If the mask comes off, however, then things are getting serious.
