Cape

A person who the protagonist comes across in the Burnt Residential Area. They claim to be surprised by the protagonist's sudden appearance after "all the things they've done." Much to the protagonist's confusion, they proceed to tell them that a group of other people want to rip them to pieces just as much as they do.

They then pull out a baseball bat with nails and chase after the protagonist, describing it as "A spider trapping his pray in a web." After hiding, the protagonist says they will leave "after having their fun."
