Grimm isn't a typical Grim Reaper; he's a herald of the death of holidays to corporations. His role is to protect the future of Halloween by watching over those who keep its traditions alive.

Grimm is quiet and judgemental, and can seem cold and uninterested, but he does have a soft side.
