Cherry Pie
A cherry witch who runs a cafe. Has been friends with Inquiry for a long time, though as time passes, it becomes apparent that she's more connected to Inquiry's current case than she lets on.
[spoiler]As it turns out, she's been kidnapping witches in order to harvest their nuclei (the organ from which a witch's magic stems), baking them into pies that would then be served to members of the Everlasting to prolong their lifespans. Eating one too many nuclei herself has caused her behavior to become erratic, leading her to drug and kidnap her crush Inquiry to force her to love her back.[/spoiler]
