SIS’ (Service Intelligence System) purpose was to support the complex needs and inhabitants’ wellbeing, but it was never completed. The latest stable versions were used by CELL construction teams as an AI assistant for their work.
Acine is an AI that raised Kenzo, being his sole companion aside from simulations, she is trying to fulfill her purpose in assisting him however she can.

Full name SIS_6031769 (a0.3), it is not specified who named her Acine. Also she (and other SIS programs to a degree) bears uncanny resemblance to Takai Nariko, relation to Riten Group CEO Takai Hironori currently unknown but SIS was developed by Riten.
