Victor

The narrator of part 2 (taking place in 1997). Lost memories after being hit by a motorcycle and decided to go by Victor for the time being. Waking up after the accident with lingering feelings of guilt and regret, he decides to help out Detective Storm after learning about the recent murder feeling that he must have some connection to it. Broody and unstable, his mental state deteriorates as the investigation goes on.
