Juno Swan is sharp, quick-witted, and always looking for the next angle. A Hustler for the Court of Rats, he makes his living in the gray spaces between the city's laws, turning cons, running games, and finding ways to make money off anyone who is not paying close enough attention. He started small with card tricks and street swindles, then worked his way up to more elaborate schemes, each one a little riskier than the last.
