Tatsuya Matsuki is a Japanese mangaka known as the storywriter to the well-renowned manga Act-Age.
On August 8, 2020, Japanese media wrote that Tatsuya had been arrested for a suspected act of indecency against a minor, which happened on June 18, 2020. Subsequently, Shonen Jump, the magazine which published Tatsuya's manga Act-Age, announced that they had cancelled the manga due to his arrest. Tatsuya was found guilty of these charges on December 23, 2020, and sentenced to one year and six months in prison, suspended for three years.
Tatsuya went on to write Seisou no Shinrishi for Shogakukan under the pseudonym Miki Yatsunami. This only came to light when the company received widespread criticism for continuing to hire manga writer Shouichi Yamamoto despite similar offences.
