Hidari is a Japanese illustrator and character designer. He is primarily known as an illustrator for video games and light novels. Some of his notable designs for anime include Fractale and Natsuiro Kiseki and for PS3 game Atelier Ayesha, and best known light novel illustrations are for Sasami-san@Ganbaranai.
His pseudonym and circle "Left Side" comes from the fact that he predominantly uses his left hand.
He was awarded third place in the 2010 “Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi!” illustrator ranking.
