Manabu Ootsuka
Began his career in animation at Studio 4°C, where he worked on projects like Genius Party Beyond. In 2011, he was handpicked by then president Masao Maruyama to join Mappa as a producer. He then went on to work as an animation producer on numerous titles such as Kids on the Slope, Terror in Resonance and Shingeki no Bahamut: Genesis.
In April 2016, Maruyama handed Ootsuka the reigns of the studio and he took on the role of a producer and the CEO.
