Chisato Abe
Born in Gunma Prefecture in 1991.
At age 20, while studying at Waseda University in Tokyo, she won the Matsumoto-Seicho Prize, one of the most prestigious prizes in literature for novels in Japan, as the youngest recipient in its history for her first novel "Karasu ni Hitoe wa Niawanai".
In 2017, she completed her master's degree at Waseda University Graduate School of Letters. She later awarded Yoshikawa Eiji literary prize for her series—"Yatagarasu".
Her other works include `"Hatsugen'' (lit. Manifestation)
