A voice actress from Okinawa, Japan. She is the DJ of the band RAISE A SUILEN. She is affiliated with mitt management.

Risa went to an international school when she was younger, and as a result she is quite skilled in English. She is also proficient in speaking in the Okinawan dialect, as she was born in Okinawa. Risa began dreaming of becoming a voice actress after hearing Aya Hirano's voice acting. In 2017 Risa was scouted and became affiliated with HiBiKi through their rookie scouting. She then debuted with the role of Yuzuki "Hime" Yukimura in the 15th episode of Aikatsu Friends!. Risa's addition RAISE A SUILEN was announced during their second official live on July 17, 2018. On October 19, 2022, she announced her marriage with the composer Yuuki Honda. On October 31, 2023, she announced her divorce as well as her departure from HiBiKi Agency. On October 1, 2024, she joined mitt management.
